Grey jeans are a big trend right now, and a trend I do not see going away anytime soon. Grey denim are sort of the "new black". If you are skeptical of the lighter grey jeans, you could opt for the darker charcoal grey ones.
Shopping Tip: I like to buy designer jeans, but I do not pay designer prices. I find most of my jeans on sale. Two of the best places I have found is Saks Off Fifth and Last Call Neiman Marcus. You can get the jeans for under $100, and typically around $79. Nordstrom Rack also has them on sale but I have not found the prices as low.
