Style Dilemma: What Shoes to wear with Skinny Pants

I recently received a request from a friend that I thought I would share.

Request: "I need a favor. I have some “skinny pants” - but I am struggling with the shoes. The pants are shown with spiked heels, which is not happening for me. Do I have other options?"

Answer: "Some other shoe options could be ankle booties, tall boots or ballet flats. Here are a few styled options - all budget conscious..."
