This is what I wore yesterday.  I saw a girl wearing a similar outfit a few days ago, and I thought she looked so chic, so when I got home I tried to re-create the look with an ivory turtleneck sweater, cognac tall boots, and dark denim.  

(My husband said I looked good - so it must have been a success!)

If you are wondering - I broke down and bought these boots in red.  I couldn't resist with my coupons & 50% off, I got them for a steal of $39! Now, I am thinking of all the different outfits I can wear them with.
