This sleeveless turtleneck was one of my bargain finds before Christmas.  I like the sleeveless tunic style - and how it has the high/low hem - and is shorter in the front and longer in the back.

There is a lot of encouragement in the blogging world to "shop your closet" - in putting together my posts this past couple of weeks, I have realized I have a lot of "go to" staples that I tend to wear a lot - like my 7 For All Mankind black jeans, Kendra Scott necklace, and my LOFT utility blouse.

I like to mix and match what I own as much as I can.  And, I have really tried to become a more conscious shopper and think about where I will wear this new piece of clothing, and and if it could be worn a lot of different places and ways.
