Yesterday, I shared my colorful 15 piece spring wardrobe, so, today, I thought I would show how to put together a  save vs. splurge look styled around this cute red ruffle top.  I have always loved how leopard looks with red. You might remember my bold leopard, pink, and red look I posted about a few weeks ago.  Also, I wanted to share this Etsy leopard clutch again that looks just like the Clare V. one but for much cheaper (as low as $30).
