Styling a Blazer with Over the Knee Boots

This look is something I definitely would wear.  I just wish it was cool enough to wear my over the knee boots.  This look could easily be worn now - by just swapping out the over the knee boots for some slides (or even sneakers).

I keep debating if I should get this leopard dress - which is on sale for under $20.  It would look great this fall with booties and this winter with over the knee boots.

I spotted this belted ombre jacket - and I think it would be the perfect coat for fall.
