SHOP THE LOOK
Happy Thursday! I hope you are having a good week so far.
I read this the other day. And, I thought it was something I would share. I believe most of us have had friends come in and out of our lives, and sometimes we wonder why. I thought this was a great way to think about those relationships.
Trust God to be the God of your friendships. Romans 8:28 tells us that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”God is the engineer of social relationships. He has a way of bringing the right people into your life at the right times for the right purposes. Sometimes the relationships last a lifetime. Sometimes they are intended only for a season in life. If you have lost a friend, go to the Lord and tell Him how you feel: “Lord, You know how satisfying and uplifting that relationship was to me. For some reason, You’ve chosen to move this person out of my life, and I’m trusting You to move someone else into my life. Help me to see that You are working for the ultimate good in both lives. Help me to find ways of giving to the new friends that You bring into my life. Give me a sense of joy and anticipation at what You are about to do in my life or in the life of someone else who is about to become my friend.”

Friends for a reason, a season, a lifetime. Women can be so good and kind to each other and so crummy, too!! I appreciate that quote. Have had my heart broken more than once by friends.

That message about friendships is so true and I think we all continue with the loss of relationships throughout our entire lives. Thanks for sharing that reminder. And this outfit is so adorable! I love the leopard vest and those boots are just darling. Thanks for linking up with us.
